All product statements below are L1 vendor claims. Categorization, document publishing, matching preparation and completed bank reconciliation are distinct tasks. No product was tested against a bank statement or client ledger.
- Booke AI: markets bank-feed categorization, document matching and exception review for QBO and Xero. Its preparation workflow should not be read as proof of a correctly completed period-end reconciliation. Booke AI overview; scoped capability source record.
- Dext: markets capture and categorization, and its FAQ names QuickBooks Online and Xero. We removed the untested numerical accuracy headline. Dext overview; scoped capability source record.
- Hubdoc: describes creating QBO and Xero transactions from extracted document fields. That alone does not establish full bank reconciliation. Hubdoc how it works; scoped capability source record.
- Double (formerly Keeper): describes two-way QBO and Xero sync on its integration page. We found no support there for the previously listed NetSuite connection. Double integrations; connection source record.
Evaluate the complete process
Our recommendation: test transfers, duplicate documents, partial payments, opening balances, exceptions and the reconciliation sign-off on representative data. Anonymous Finlens close-time claims and practitioner quotations were removed because we could not inspect their linked comments or establish the product identity. This is an evidence limit, not a negative finding about a product.
Vendor statements are claims unless an evidence level says otherwise. Independence policy.
